Estimates, not predictions
The ovulation and due date calculators apply published rules of thumb to the dates you enter. Real cycles and pregnancies vary, and the results should not be used as a form of contraception or as a basis for medical decisions. The Chinese gender chart is a traditional novelty with no demonstrated predictive value.
